SBBNet, Inc./Loanbright (SBBNet) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the company and any web sites on which this statement appears:

We do not sell, trade or otherwise release your personally identifiable information to any third party other than lenders and brokers, which are our customers, participating in our marketplaces and/or their affiliate agents or brokers. Your personally identifiable information will be released to our customers participating in our marketplaces, or their affiliate agents and brokers, only in the case that you complete a request for information about products or services appearing in our marketplaces.

The only cases in which we will collect personally identifiable information from you are:

SBBNet uses IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our servers, to administrate our web sites, and to keep track of new and repeat visitors. IP addresses are used to gather broad demographic information, not personally identifiable information, which is used strictly within our company. We use cookies for the same purposes. Our information request forms and loan applications require visitors to give us contact information (like their name, phone number, and email address) and financial information (like their desired loan amount, and their debt situation) as well as well as requiring the same information about any co-borrowers in the case of a loan application. The visitor is explicitly informed that they may be contacted by one or more of our customers if they submit the information request form. In the case of the loan application, the visitor is explicitly informed that they may be contacted by the lender whose application they are filling out. The visitor’s contact information is shared with other companies who are customers of SBBNet that may want to contact our visitors. Each participating customer’s own privacy statement will then apply to this transferred information. In no way is any of the information submitted by the visitors sold to any third parties that are not our customers. Financial information that is collected is used solely by our customers for the purpose of better serving the visitor’s request.

Upon successful sign up, participating customers can log into their account with a designated user name and password and are able to change or update their listing, and change the e-mail address on file.

This site contains links to other web sites. SBBNet is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. Our web sites use forms for visitors to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (like their email address, name and phone number) and financial information (like a self-reported credit rating and whether or not they have experienced bankruptcy). The visitor’s contact information is shared with other companies who are our customers and may want to contact our visitors. Our online surveys ask visitors for contact information (like their email address, name and phone number) and financial information (like their debt history and desired loan amount). The visitor’s contact information may be used by SBBNet to contact the visitor for information accuracy verification purposes. Visitors may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. We run contests on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (like their email address). We use an outside ad company to display ads on our site. These ads may contain cookies. While we use cookies in other parts of our web site, our ad company collects cookies received with banner ads, but we do not have access to this information.
